Role: Content Engagement Executive
Location: Remote / Hybrid

What You’ll Do:
Engage daily with our audience across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.)
Respond to DMs, comments, and interactions in a tone that reflects the brand voice
Work with the content team to publish, monitor, and amplify posts
Curate engaging formats like polls, Q&As, carousels, and mini-reels
Analyze engagement metrics and suggest improvement strategies
Build meaningful relationships with our tech-savvy audience
Identify engagement trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead
Who You Are:
Social media savvy with a flair for witty and insightful communication
Understand how engagement plays a role in digital growth and branding
Experience with social media management tools (Canva, Buffer, Meta, etc.)
Passionate about the tech/startup space
Self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented
Great team player who loves collaboration
